Whisper GO is a portable pocket WiFi device, that delivers secure unlimited high-speed 4G/LTE mobile internet access for smartphones, tablets and computers, without roaming charges while you are abroad.

Whisper GO is available for rentals only.
All rental plans include Unlimited Internet access delivered through the Vodafone mobile network (a local carrier in Italy).

It is possible connect up to 4 devices at the same time.

Once you have purchased your rental plan, you can connect up to 4 devices at a time to the Whisper GO (for example, one tablet, one laptop and 2 mobile phones).

Whisper GO is available in Italy in a select network of boutique and designer hotels. It can be picked up at check-in, booked at the time of hotel confirmation or before your arrival. The Whisper GO service is available only in Italy.

All Whisper GO rental plans include unlimited high-speed internet access on Vodafone's 4G/LTE mobile network.

When you rent the Whisper GO, you can choose a rental plan that fits your needs from 1 to 25 days.
All plans include

  • One or more Whisper GO devices packaged in a hard case including 1 magnetic USB charging cable and 1 fast charger with 2 USB ports.
  • Unlimited high-speed internet data in Italy.

  1. Power on the device by pressing the red button for 6 seconds until the LCD screen turns on, and wait approximately 1 minute, while it configures its settings
  2. Press the red button twice until a QR code appears on the screen, then simply scan it to connect your phone to Whisper Go.
  3. Charge the device every night

Whisper GO can be picked up at your hotel when checking in and must be returned to the same hotel when checking out or before 11pm that day.

Whisper GO does not allow you to send SMS/MMS on cellular networks, but it allows you to send messages through applications such as Whatsapp, Skype, Viber, GoogleChat, MSN, etc. on data networks.

Whisper GO works on the LTE 4G Vodafone mobile network. The coverage and data speeds depend on the location and are subject to change without notice.

The battery life of the Whisper GO is about 8 hours, but the network coverage, the number of connected devices and the type of use (streaming video/audio has a higher battery consumption than browsing or texting) can reduce the battery life. We strongly recommend that you charge Whisper Go every night.

The Whisper GO is delivered with a charging system consisting of 1 magnetic USB charger cable together with the dual AC-DC fast charger (to charge 2 devices at the same time). Charging time is 4 hrs.

The Whisper GO device is not waterproof. In case of contact with water, such as heavy rain or puddles or immersion, turn it off immediately and report the issue to our customer service team.
